Parsley Corn Flake Kaastengel

Keju edam, kripik jagung dan peterseli! Ho-oh, diuwel bareng jadinya enak! Lah, jangan cuma manggut-manggut, bikiiiin.. 🙂

Parsley Corn Flake Kaastengel

100 gr        corn flake, blender kasar
200 gr        mentega
2 btr           kuning telur
1 btr           putih telur
80 gr          keju edam, parut
1 sdm         peterseli, cincang
120 gr        tepung terigu
15 gr          susu bubuk full cream
½ sdt          baking powder
2 btr           kuning telur untuk polesan

Keju cheddar potong untuk hiasan

 Cara membuatnya:

  1.  Kocok mentega hingga pucat, masukkan telur, kocok sebentar. Tambahkan baking powder, kocok sebentar, masukkan keju edam, aduk rata. Tuang corn flake secara bertahap, aduk rata.
  2. Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata. Tuang peterseli cincang, aduk rata.
  3. Bentuk adonan menjadi seperti jari, atau semprot berbentuk bulat. Olesi kuning telur, hias dengan keju potongan.
  4. Panggang dalam oven hingga matang lebih kurang 30 menit pada suhu 150 derajat Celsius.

      Kalau oven gas atau oven kompor, api bawah saja. Kalau oven listrik, api atas bawah.

    I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your blog?
    Its very well written; I love what youve got to
    say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it
    better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images.
