Bakmi Godok Jawa

BAKMI GODOK JAWA

Bahan:

2 bh paha ayam kampung
1 ltr air
100 gr kol, rajang kasar
1 btg daun bawang, iris kasar
1 btg seledri, iris kasar
1 rumpun daun caisim, potong kasar
1 bh tomat merah, potong-potong
200 gr mie basah, siram air panas, tiriskan
2 btr telur ayam, kocok lepas
50 ml minyak goreng
5 bh bawang merah, iris tipis
1 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdm gula pasir
2 sdm bawang merah goreng

Bumbu halus:

1 sdt merica bulat
3 bh kemiri
5 bh bawang putih
½ sdt garam

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Didihkan 1ltr air, rebus paha ayam hingga matang. Angkat, ambil dagingnya, potong-potong. Sisihkan kaldunya.
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan, tumis bawang merah iris dan bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan tomat iris aduk rata. Masukkan kol dan Caisim, aduk hingga layu. Masukkan daging ayam dan kaldunya. Masak hingga mendidih, beri kaldu bubuk dan gula pasir, aduk rata. Cicip, pastikan gurih dan manisnya cukup.
  3. Masukkan mie basah (saya menggunakan mie buatan sendiri, jadi sudah direbus matang dulu, tiriskan dan aduk dengan sedikit minyak). Masak hingga mendidih. Tuangi telur, aduk dan didihkan lagi hingga telur matang. Masukkan daun bawang dan seledri. Aduk sekali langsung angkat.
  4. Sajikan panas dengan pelengkap cabe rawit dan taburan bawang goreng.

    Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to
