Ternyata ada rahasianya menghasilkan roti yang lembut sekaligus praktis tanpa teknik yang njelimet. Simak resep di bawah ya, lihat ada bahan yang tidak biasa? Bahan A:

800 gr Tepung terigu protein tinggi
200 gr Tepung terigu protein sedang
20 gr Instant yeast
5 gr Bread Improver
200 gr Gula Pasir
50 gr Susu bubuk skim
15 gr Garam
200 gr Blue Band Master Cake Margarine
450 cc Air dingin
100 gr Kuning telur (5 butir)
50 gr Knorr Mashed Potato


100 gr Kacang Tanah cincang (matang)
40 gr Blue Band Master Gold Margarine
15 gr Terigu
50 gr Gula pasir

Cara Membuat (Filling):

Campur Margarine, kacang tanah cincang, terigu, gula pasir, aduk rata hingga menjadi adonan isi.

Cara Membuat:

  1. Aduk semua bahan yang kering kecuali garam, lalu masukkan air dan kuning telur, aduk hingga menggumpal. Masukkan Blue Band Master Cake Margarine dan garam, uleni hingga kalis.
  2. Istirahatkan di meja ± 15 menit.
  3. Timbang 40 gram untuk mendapatkan roti berukuran sedang, atau 60-70 gram untuk mendapatkan roti berukuran besar. Bulatkan tiap adonan.
  4. Istirahatkan lagi ± 15 menit.
  5. Isi tiap bulatan denga adonan filling, pipihkan, beri sayatan di sampingnya, oles susu, dan tempel ke wijen.
  6. Tekan bagian tengahnya hingga membentuk seperti donat, lalu beri vla.
  7. Fermentasikan sampai mengembang (sekitar 1 – 1,5 jam) lalu panggang dengan temperatur 190 – 200 oC selama 15 menit.
