Lamicho Cake

Lamington cake adalah dessert khas Australia, berupa cake yang dibalut kelapa kering. Cakenya dibuat dalam rasa cokelat, jadilah dia Chocolate Lamington cake. Cocok untuk menemani sore hari di bulan Februari, serasa memandang Opera House di kejauhan 🙂

Lamicho Cake

Bahan:

300 gr Telur utuh (6 butir)
60 gr Kuning telur (4 butir)
12 gr Cake emulsifier
160 gr Gula pasir halus
125 gr Tepung terigu protein sedang
25 gr Cokelat bubuk
100 gr Blue Band Master Gold Margarine, lelehkan
30 gr Butter, lelehkan
Cokelat pasta secukupnya

Bahan Filling:

150 gr Chocolate Dark Compound
50 gr Blue Band Master Gold Margarine
20 gr Butter
25 gr Kacang tanah matang (cincang)

Cara Membuat Bahan B (Filling):

  1. Lelehkan chocolate compound, margarine dan butter.
  2. Dinginkan di kulkas ± 1 jam.
  3. Mixer hingga lembut dan warna berubah menjadi cokelat muda.

Bahan Coating/Pelapis:

Chocolate Dark Compound secukupnya
Kelapa parut kering secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

  1. Kocok telur, gula dan cake emulsifier hingga mengembang.
  2. Masukkan tepung dan cokelat bubuk yang telah diayak, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan margarin dan butter leleh, aduk rata.
  3. Tuang ke dalam cetakan yang sudah dipoles margarin dan dialasi kertas roti, panggang hingga matang.

Finishing:

  1. Ambil 1 potong cake, olesi cream cokelat, taburi kacang tanah cincang, lalu tutup dengan cake lagi, kemudian belah dua.
  2. Lapisi dengan cokelat cair, lalu taburi/gulingkan diatas kelapa parut kering dan dinginkan.

    Mbak, mau tanya coklat pasta dijual di supermarket biasa ga? biasanya pakai merk apa?
    lalu takaran yg dibutuhkan kira2 brp sendok pas nya? (maaf byk pertanyaan…maklum baru mao belajar bikin kue)

      Bisa saja, biasanya di supermarket dijual merk koepoe-koepoe. Kami biasanya menggunakan pasta cokelat black forest merk Golden Brown, banyak dijual di toko bahan kue. Untuk satu resep gunakan 1 sdm cokelat pasta. Sip, sukses untukmu ya..

        Permisi. Saya baru beli bukunya ncc yang 35 resep cake dan kue kering. Lha yang bagian lamington cake tepung terigunya gak ada takerannya. Cuma tulisan gram tepung terigu….. itu berapa gram ya….. tolong buatkan revisi bukunya min. Saya mo buat cak3nya tapi di buku lupa ditulis takerannya?

    Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it
    to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her
    ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
    She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely
    off topic but I had to tell someone!
