Begitu keluar dari oven, gigit sedikit, ada cokelat putih leleh di dalamnya. Yummm… Setelah dingin, cokelat putihnya akan kletus-kletus digigit. Bikin yuuk..

Snow Ball Coconut Cookies

Bahan A:

150 g mentega
75 g margarine
150 g gula halus
½ sdt garam
½ sdt vanili

Bahan B:

3 butir kuning telur

Bahan C:

300 g tepung terigu protein rendah
1 sdt baking powder
50 gr oatmeal, blender halus
40 g susu bubuk fullcream
50 g keju cheddar parut, dinginkan dalam lemari es

Bahan D:

200 g coklat putih, potong dadu kecil
Kelapa kering
Gula donat untuk taburan

Cara membuat:

  1. Kocok bahan A hingga mengembang. Masukkan bahan B, kocok lagi sebentar. Matikan mikser. Masukkan bahan C kecuali keju sambil diayak, lalu masukkan keju, aduk rata dengan pastry blender atau sendok kayu.
  2. Ambil satu bulatan kecil adonan, tipiskan di tangan, lalu masukkan potongan coklat putih, bulatkan lagi, gulingkan pada kelapa kering. Susun di atas loyang. Panggang hingga matang, dinginkan.
  3. Taburi dengan gula halus, simpan dalam wadah rapat yang kering.

    mbak, itu kan ada mentega sm margarin, kan beda itu yah, kalo margarin kan byk yg jual, kalo mentega mereknya apa ya? trus apa mentega bisa dgnti margarin semua?

      Mentega atau butter antara lain merknya Anchor, Elle Vire, Wijsman, Blue Triangle, Lurpak, dll. Mentega bisa diganti margarin semua.

      Pemanggangan kue kering menggunakan oven suhu rendah, lebih kurang 140 derajat Celsius. Kurang lebih 30-40 menit, tergantung besar oven, banyaknya kue dan kekuatan api.

    Kalau tidak pake susu bukbuk gantinya dengan apa yah?? Pengaruhnya besar sekali nggak kalo nggak pake susu bubuk? Terima kasih 🙂

      Halo ika, jika tidak pakai susu bubuk, gantikan dengan terigu atau tepung maizena sejumlah sama. Pengaruhnya adalah kamu akan kehilangan aroma susunya tentu saja 🙂

    Hii…oatmeal kalo pake yg instan apa akan beda rasanya…. Saya coba pake quaker oat yg merah di blender jd bikin rasa kasar di kukisnya, selain kasar dari kelapanya….. Thx ya

      Gunakan rolled oats, bukan oat instan. Oat instan sudah ditambahi bahan lain yg reaksinya bisa berbeda dengan oat yg digiling (rolled).
      Oat ketika diblender akan menjadi halus dan menghasilkan kukis yg “kempus-kempus”. Mungkin itu yg kamu sebut kasar.

    I do not know whether it’s just me or if everybody else experiencing issues with your
