Watermelon Cookies

Cantik, buttery, wangi melon dan enaaak. Sempat jadi primadona lebaran warga NCC . Tahun ini? Yaaah, gimana ya, namanya juga tradisi 🙂

Watermelon Cookies

300 gr        mentega/margarin
225 gr        gula bubuk
50ml          whipping cream
1 sdt          vanilla pasta
3 btr          kuning telur
2sdt           essence melon
½ sdt         garam
1 butir putih telur, kocok lepas

Cara membuat:

  1. Kocok semua bahan hingga lembut dan rata, lalu bagi menjadi 3:
    1/3 bagian diberi:
    -175 gr       tepung terigu
    – 50 gr        almond bubuk
    – 10 gr        tepung maizena
    – 20 gr        susu bubuk fullcream
    – 1 sdm       wijen hitam yg sudah di sangrai
    –  pewarna merah secukupnya
    Aduk rata adonan ini, bagi 4 atau 2 bagian. Bulatkan membentuk silinder, bungkus dengan plastik atau kertas roti, bekukan dalam freezer.

    1/3 bagian diberi:
    – 175 gr         tepung terigu
    – 20 gr           tepung maizena
    – 20 gr           susu bubuk fullcream
    –  pewarna kuning secukupnya

    1/3 bagian lagi diberi:
    – 175 gr      tepung terigu
    – 20 gr        tepung maizena
    – 20 gr        susu bubuk FC
    – pewarna hijau secukupnya

  2. Sementara menunggu adonan merah mengeras, gilas adonan kuning setebal lebih kurang 2 mm. Ukur panjang dan lingkar adonan merah, jadikan patokan untuk adonan kuning.  Olesi adonan kuning dengan putih telur, lalu bungkus adonan merah dengan adonan kuning, bekukan lagi. Lakukan hal yang sama dengan adonan hijau, bungkus adonan dengah adonan hijau, bekukan.
  3. Setelah adonan beku, belah menjadi dua bagian melintang, potong tipis 3 mm. Oven hingga matang, lebih kurang 20 menit dengan suhu 130 derajat Celsius.

      Jangan diganti deh, whipping cream banyak kan di supermarket dan tbk?
      Essence melon carinya jangan di kelurahan, Desy, tapi di toko bahan kue. Kamu malesan deh cari bahan, gih keliling tbk biar ketemu semuanya. *pegang penggaris*

    Mba. Whipping creamnya utk cmpurn watermelon cookiesnya di kocok smpe jd cream dl atau bs msh bubuknya?

      Whipping cream 50 ml, berarti dalam bentuk cair. Kalau pakai bubuk, cairkan dulu dengan air sesuai petunjuk pada kemasan, lalu diukur 50 ml. Dicampur bersama bahan lain, lalu dikocok bersama.

    Putih telur nya dkocok lepas smp berbusa ga ya bu, putih telur fungsi nya unt merekat kan ato dcampur di bahan whipping cream ya bu…

      Sampai keras dan mudah digulung dan dipotong. Tergantung kulkasnya, sekitar 15-30 menit.
