Buavita Orange Cake

Cake lapis puding yang klasik. Cocok untuk berbagai kesempatan, mulai dari arisan, isian lunch box, sampai ngeteh sore. Buat hantaran ke camer juga ok loh.. *batuk*

Buavita Orange Cake

Sponge Cake

Bahan A:

Terigu protein sedang 155 gr
Baking powder 1 sdt

Bahan B:

Blue Band Master Cake Margarine 80 gr
Vanilla essence 1 sdt

Bahan C:

Gula pasir 50 gr
Kuning telur ( 5 butir) 100 gr

Bahan D:

Air hangat 100 ml

Bahan E:

Putih telur ( 7 butir ) 200 gr
Cream of tar-tar 1 sdt
Gula kasar 160 g

Bahan F:

4 loyang 20×20 cm

Cara Membuat:

  1. Kocok bahan C sampai kental dan mengembang, lalu masukan bahan D kedalamnya dan kocok kecepatan lambat sampai rata.
  2. Masukan bahan B kedalamnya dan diikuti dengan bahan a) sambil diaduk dengan whisking sampai rata dan tetap kental.
  3. Kocok bahan E sampai kental dan kaku, lalu satukan sedikit demi sedikit dengan adonan diatas sampai rata.
  4. Masukan pada loyang.
  5. Panggang dengan panas api 170oC selama 20 menit.
  6. Setelah matang tiriskan sampai dingin.

Buavita Pudding

Bahan A:

Sponge cake ukuran 20×20 cm 2 buah

Bahan B:

Putih telur 150 gr
Cream of tar-tar 1 sdt

Bahan C:

Buavita Orange  200 ml
Susu cair 100 gr
Gula pasir 200 gr
Agar-agar (1 pak) 7 gr

Bahan D:

Jeruk mandarin 8 buah
Gula pasir 200 gr
Air 300 ml

Bahan E:

Buavita Orange 250 ml
Jelly powder 3 gr

Cara Membuat:

  1. Panaskan (bahan D) gula dan air diatas api sampai mendidih.
  2. Kupas jeruk mandarin dan buang seratnya, lalu masukkan ke dalam adonan (step 1) selagi panas kemudian diamkan hingga dingin, lalu tiriskan. Didihkan Buavita Orange dan jelly powder sampai mendidih kecil, kemudian masukkan sebagian jeruk mandarin tersebut kedalamnya (jeruknya saja) lalu siramkan diatas loyang.
  3. Didihkan bahan C sampai mendidih, sementara itu kocok bahan B sampai putih dan fluffy, lalu masukkan bahan C kedalamnya dan kocok lagi sampai rata. Masukkan sisa jeruk mandarin, aduk rata.
  4. Tuangkan 1⁄2 bagian adonan kedalam Loyang , lalu tutupi dengan cake 1 lembar dan siramkan lagi dengan sisa adonan busa dan tutupi lagi dengan cake dan biarkan membeku.
  5. Setelah beku, lepaskan dari loyang dan simpan di kulkas.
