Ayam Goreng Ungkep

(Lauk tumpeng)

Bahan :

1 ekor ayam, potong 8

Bumbu, haluskan :

5 bh bawang putih
1 ruas kunyit
1 sdm ketumbar
1 btg lengkuas
1 ruas jahe
3 btr kemiri
1 sdt garam

Cara Membuat :

  1. Baluri ayam dengan bumbu halus, masak dalam panci atau wajan tertutup sampai ayam keluar air dan matang.
  2. Angkat lalu Goreng dalam minyak banyak bersama bumbunya.


Bila suka bisa ditambahkan lengkuas parut jumlah banyak, sehingga didapat bumbu kremes seperti serundeng.
