Buttercake Dasar 8 Telur

Bahan:

8 butir kuning telur
6 butir putih telur
250 g mentega
250 g gula pasir
250 g tepung terigu

 Cara membuat:

  1.  Kocok mentega dan gula hingga mentega pucat dan mengembang, lalu masukkan kuning telur satu persatu, sambil dikocok terus hingga rata.
  2. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata.
  3. Ditempat lain, kocok putih telur hingga kaku. Campurkan pada adonan mentega, aduk rata.
  4. Tuang dalam loyang cincin 22-24 cm yang telah dioles margarine dan dialasi kertas roti, oven hingga matang, kurang lebih 45 menit pada suhu 180 derajat Celsius.

      Aah, terimakasih sudah mencoba resep kami. Buttercake memang memiliki tekstur yang padat dan mengenyangkan. Jika ingin tekstur yang lebih lembut, bisa mencoba resep sponge cake dasar.

      Bisa salah satu dilakukan:
      – ganti 30 gram tepung dengan 30 gr cokelat bubuk, atau
      – resep tetap sama, hanya tambahkan 1 sdm pasta cokelat black forest

      Mentega dapat saling dipertukarkan dengan margarin, baik seluruhnya maupun sebagian saja.

    brp banyak buttercream yg dibutuhkan untuk kue uk.30???..
    bt menutupi kue sekalian hiasannya..

      Kalau hiasannya sederhana, 1 kg cukup. Kalau hiasannya banyak, bisa 1,5-2 kg.

        mksh…tp 1 pertanyaan lagi gpp ya bu,kalau untuk mengocok mentega dan gula spy bs mengembang dan lembut dibutuhkan waktu brp lama??trs stlh dimasukkan dengan kuning telur dan sudah tercampur rata,mixernya langsung dimatikan ya bu??..

          Kira-kira 15 menit kalau pakai mikser kapasitas rumah tangga. Ya, betul, kalau sudah rata mikser bisa dimatikan.

    Buttercake ini cocok /kokoh atau tidak untuk digunakan fondant cake yg menggunakan figurine di atas cakenya? Rencana saya mau buat fondant cake menggunakan resep ini. Terima kasih sebelumnya
