Mie telor dapat dibuat sendiri di rumah dan digunakan untuk berbagai macam keperluan. Membuatnya mudah dan menyenangkan, hasilnya lebih bersih, sehat dan lezaaat..

Mie Telor Istimewa

Fatmah Bahalwan

Bahan:

1 kg tepung terigu protein tinggi
450 gr  telur (kuning + putih)
1 sdm   garam

Cara membuat:

  1. Aduk rata tepung dan garam, tuangi telur, aduk rata dan uleni hingga kalis.
  2. Tipiskan adonan dengan rolling pin, teruskan gilas dengan alat penggilas mie hinga beberapa kali, sampai adonan halus.
  3. Beri taburan tepung sagu, lalu potong dengan pemotong mie.
  4. Mie siap digunakan.

    bu Fat, kalau nggak habis sekali pakai , cara nyimpennya bagaimana dan berapa hari tahan.

      Mie telor istimewa yang tersisa dapat disimpan dalam wadah tertutup didalam lemari pendingin hingga satu minggu. Pisahkan per porsi untuk memudahkan penanganan.

      Bila tepung dikali separuhnya, maka bahan lain mengikuti. Jadi berat telur tinggal anda kalikan setengahnya, 225 gr.

    Bu, mienya itu kalau mau dibuat mie goreng apakah bisa? Prosesnya direbus dulu atau langsung saja?

      Hallo Ibu Rifka yang cantik. Tentu saja bisa dijadikan mie goreng. Rebus dulu mie sampai mengapung. Angkat, tiriskan terus dikucuri kecap, aduk rata. Langsung aduk dengan bumbu di penggorengan. Jadi deh kita pesta mie goreng sehat enak dan mengenyangkan.

    My programmer is trying to persuade me to move to
