Basic Japanese Roll Cake

Fatmah Bahalwan

Bahan A (untuk membuat motif):
2 buah putih telur
20 gr gula
20 gr tepung maizena
20 gr tepung terigu

Bahan B:
6 butir kuning telur
60 gr gula
65 cc minyak
100 cc susu cair
125 gr tepung terigu
½ sdt vanila

Bahan C:
4 butir putih telur
40 gr gula
25 gr tepung maizena

Filling:
Selai strawberry atau filling lainnya sesuai selera

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Bahan A (motif):
    Kocok putih telor sampai mengembang lalu masukkan gula pasir sambil terus dikocok terakhir masukkan maizena dan terigu. Beri warna Masukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga. Semprotkan membentuk motif diatas kertas roti ukuran 35 x 25 cm. Oven dengan api bawah suhu 180 derajat Celcius 4 menit. Angkat.
  2. Bahan B:
    Kocok kuning telor dan gula sampai putih dan kental lalu masukkan minyak dan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit dengan speed rendah lalu masukkan tepung terigu sambil di ayak,kocok sampai kental.
  3. Bahan C:
    Kocok putih telur sampai mengembang lalu masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit. Masukkan tepung maizena, kocok sampai kaku.
  4. Masukkan adonan bahan B ke bahan C secara bertahap, aduk rata.
  5. Tuang adonan ke loyang yang sudah diberi motif secara perlahan lahan, ketuk loyang agar udara keluar.
  6. Oven selama 20 menit dengan suhu 180 Celsius.
  7. Olesi dengan filling kemudian gulung dan padatkan.
