Mocca Dates Roulade

Tim UFS menyebutnya MoDaR, aaahahaaaa.. pastilah bukan cuma singkatan namanya, tapi juga karena rasanya yang lezaaat, ya toh, ya toh? 😀 Satu lagi resep dengan kurma sebagai bintang utamanya. Cantik dan legit. Cocok!

Mocca Dates Roulade

BAHAN A

120 gr Kuning telur ( 6 btr )
130 gr Gula pasir
120 gr Terigu protein sedang
35 gr Coklat bubuk
80 gr Blue Band Master Cake Margarine
3 gr Baking soda

BAHAN B

180 gr Putih telur ( 6 btr )
75 gr Gula pasir

Kocok putih telur dan gula hingga kaku.

BUTTER CREAM MOCCA

500 gr Blue Band Master White Cream Fat
75 gr Blue Band Master Cake Margarine
250 cc Simple syrup
100 gr Soft cream
Pasta mocca secukupnya
25 cc Syrup karamel
Kurma (cincang)
Kacang mede / kacang tanah matang (cincang)

CARA MEMBUAT

  1. Kocok kuning telur dan gula pasir sampai putih, masukkan bahan kering, aduk rata.
  2. Masukkan Blue Band Master Cake Margarine cair, aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan putih telur yang telah dikocok, sedikit demi sedikit (dipancing terlebih dahulu), aduk rata.
  4. Tuang kedalam 2 loyang ukuran 30×30 cm, panggang suhu 1900 C selama ± 8 menit.
  5. Tabur coklat bubuk diatas lap kering, taruh cake yang sudah matang diatasnya, roll tanpa isi, sisihkan.
  6. Buka 2 cake yang telah diroll, oles dengan butter cream mocca, taburi kurma dan kacang mede/kacang tanah cincang, roll.
  7. Roll kembali diatas cake satunya, diamkan sebentar. Oles cake dengan butter cream, hias sesuai selera.

    I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what
    all is required to get setup? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
