Cheese balls

Cheese Balls

Bahan:

400 gr  margarine
2 btr     kuning telur
150 gr  keju edam, parut
150 gr  keju cheddar, parut
350 gr  tepung terigu
50 gr    susu bubuk
100 gr  biscuit keju, haluskan, ayak.
250 gr  biscuit keju, haluskan, untuk memanir.

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Kocok margarine dan kuning telur selama 5 menit, matikan mikser.
  2. Masukkan keju edam dan keju cheddar, aduk rata. Masukkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk, dan 100 gr biscuit halus, aduk rata.
  3. Timbang adonan masing-masing 8 gr, bulatkan. Gulingkan pada biscuit halus. Letakkan pada loyang kue kering. Lakukan pada semua adonan.
  4. Panggang dalam oven selama 30 menit, pada suhu 160’C, atau hingga matang.
  5. Angkat, dinginkan, susun dalam toples.

    Biskuit kejunya boleh dikasih contoh ngak merek apa biar hasilnya maknyuss….?

      Biskuit keju yang digunakan bisa merk Ritz, Nissin atau Kong Guan, atau merk lain sesuai selera. Kalau nggak nemu juga bisa digunakan biskuit asin yang ada disekitar tempat tinggal anda.

      Dalam resep apapun, jika tidak disebutkan jenis terigunya, berarti menggunakan terigu protein sedang. Bisa saja pakai cheddar, tapi rasa kejunya tidak akan sekuat jika menggunakan edam.
