Bahan A :

140 gr Blue Band Master Cake Margarine
20 gr Butter
180 gr Terigu protein sedang
15 gr Gula halus
25 gr Cokelat bubuk
20 gr Knorr Mashed Potato
20 gr Air

Bahan B (Cake Lemon) :

350 gr Telur utuh (7 butir)
50 gr Kuning telur (3 butir)
10 gr Cake stabilizer

160 gr Gula pasir
130 gr Tepung protein sedang
20 gr Maizena
125 gr Blue Band Master Cake Margarine
12 gr Parutan kulit lemon

Bahan C (Buttercream) :

600 gr Blue Band Master White Cream Fat
100 gr Blue Band Master Cake Margarine
400 gr Simple syrup/gula cair

300 gr Soft cream

Bahan D (Filling) :

10 gr Parutan kulit lemon
Vla instan siap pakai

Cara Membuat Bahan A:

  1. Aduk semua bahan (kecuali air) menggunakan tangan hingga menjadi butiran-butiran, kemudian masukkan air, dan aduk kembali hingga menggumpal.
  2. Diamkan di kulkas/chiller selama 30 menit, kemudian pipihkan, cetak di cetakan mini muffin/ cetakan satuan, dan panggang selama ± 15 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat Celsius.

Cara Membuat Bahan B (Cake Lemon) :

  1. Mixer gula pasir, telur, cake stabilizer hingga putih mengembang, masukkan bahan kering beserta kulit lemon, aduk rata, masukkan margarine yang telah dicairkan, aduk sebentar.
  2. Tuang ke loyang bulat berdiameter 22/24, lalu panggang dengan suhu 180 derajat Celsius selama ± 15 menit.

Cara Membuat Bahan C (Buttercream) :

  1. Mixer Blue Band Master White Cream Fat dan Blue Band Master Cake Margarine hingga lembut.
  2. Masukkan soft cream aduk sebentar, lalu masukkan simple syrup/gula cair kemudian mixer hingga lembut.

Cara Membuat bahan D (Filling) :

Campur parutan kulit lemon dan vla instan jadi satu, beri sedikit buttercream, aduk rata dan siap jadi filling.

Topping :

Irisan lemon dan cokelat decor

Cara Membuat :

  1. Lapisi/coating kulit tart base chocolate, dinginkan supaya mengeras, beri sedikit vla lemon.
  2. Taruh potongan bulat sponge lemon diatasnya, tutup kembali dengan vla lemon, kemudian ratakan.
  3. Piping buttercream di atasnya, tumpuk potongan-potongan kecil sponge lemon hingga menutupi buttercream.
  4. Beri topping irisan lemon dan cokelat bentuk hati diatasnya.
