Carrot Cake
Bahan A:
5 btr Telur
300 gr Gula kastor
1 sdt Garam
10 gr Cake emulsifier
Bahan B:
275 gr Tepung terigu
1 sdt Soda kue
1 sdt Baking powder
1 sdt Kayu manis bubuk
Bahan C:
350 gr Wortel, parut kasar
100 gr Kacang mede cincang halus
100 gr Kismis
150 gr Jus nanas
Bahan D:
150 gr Minyak sayur
Cara membuat:
- Kocok bahan A hingga kental, masukkan bahan B sambil diayak, aduk rata atau kocok dengan mikser kecepatan rendah
- Masukkan bahan C, aduk rata
- Tuang bahan D perlahan dengan pancuran kecil ke dalam adonan sambil diaduk rata
- Tuang ke dalam 3 loyang bulat diameter 22x22cm yang telah dioles mentega dan dialasi kertas
- Panggang dengan suhu 180C selama 30-45 menit atau hingga matang
Cheese Cream Frosting
Bahan:
250 gr Cream Cheese
80 gr mentega
140 gr gula halus
1 sdm perasan air jeruk lemon
Cara membuat:
- Kocok cream cheese dan mentega dengan mikser hingga halus dan ringan
- Tambahkan gula halus dan air lemon, kemudian kocok lagi sampai tercampur rata
- Oleskan pada carrot cake untuk 3 layer cake. Hias atasnya dengan cokelat atau fondant berbentuk wortel
Ibu, apakah adonan harus di oven sekaligus (tidak bisa menunggu)? Karena oven saya hanya muat untuk 1 bagian. Terimakasih

ibu..saya sudah bbrp kali mencoba resep ini rasanya enak tapi kenapa tekstur cake bagian bawah dan atas berbeda ya ?bagian bawah cake lbh lembab seolah2 ada endapan wortel tapi cake nya mengembang bagus tidak bantat…mohon petunjuknya ..terimakasih
